Speakers: Angela Fernandez and Nikki Champagne of AVRS

Angela Fernandez is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. She is an expert trainer, specializing in DMV seminars and F&I classes, with a strong focus on process implementation to drive operational success. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, combining her extensive industry knowledge with academic expertise to deliver impactful results.

Nikki Champagne has spent nearly 30 years working in and around the automotive industry, working a variety of desks in dealerships, then training Sales, Finance, and Business Office staff while working at a DMS provider, before returning to her roots in the DMV space at AVRS, where she spent over a decade training customers and leading a team of Account Executives across California. With a Bachelor of Science in Child and Adolescent Development and a Master of Business Administration, Nikki leans on her education and her industry experience in her current role as a Training & Business Development Specialist for CVR & AVRS, designing and launching training programs for internal associates and customers and engaging with state Motor Vehicle Agency leaders and heads of Dealer Associations across the country.
